Minibus Terms & Conditions of Use

 

John’s Club Minibuses are only available for use by charitable organisations and any organisation affiliated to a registered  charity. Also not for profit organisations, clubs and society's  that contribute to their local community, care homes and sheltered accommodation units, the transportation of disabled or housebound individuals by persons not covered by any of  the above criteria (subject to agreement by John’s Club

 

The nominated driver must fill out a registration form and return to our office fully completed with a photocopy of a valid UK driving licence.

 

The nominated driver must take note of the health and safety documents that are kept in the side pocket of the bus

 

It is the responsibility of  the user to ensure that the bus is returned in an internally clean condition and all litter disposed of.

 

 

Payment of Donations

 

The suggested donation of  £40-00  should be made payable to John’s Club and sent to John’s Club, 67a High Street, Shanklin Isle of Wight, PO37 6JJ at the time of  booking.

 

The donation covers our administration, bus running costs, insurance and breakdown cover.

 

Included in your donation payment is a mileage allowance of 40 miles which is calculated from when you or our driver picks up the bus. Any mileage above 40 miles will be charged at 22p for each mile

 

If you have any points that need clarification please contact us and we will be only too pleased to assist We are able sometimes to supply a driver for your outings. This however will incur a separate charge to cover his/her expenses.
